This is the agreement between you (the Client) and Lefty Media Co for the Discover Me service. By checking the consent box at checkout, you agree to these terms.

  What you’re paying for

  Discover Me is Lefty Media Co’s ongoing AI discoverability service. Each month, we work to make your business show up when people ask AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Google’s AI Overviews

  about your category. The exact deliverables depend on your tier and may include audits, schema work, content tuning, citation tracking, competitor monitoring, and ongoing adjustments.

  We tune your presence by hand, every month. We don’t guarantee specific citations, rankings, or traffic numbers. AI platforms change how they cite sources, and our job is to stay on top of those shifts on

  your behalf.

  Billing

  Discover Me has two parts: a one-time setup fee and a monthly subscription.

  Setup fee (charged once at signup):

  – Signal plan ($350/mo): $500 setup

  – Pulse plan ($750/mo): $1,000 setup

  – Anchor plan ($1,250/mo): $1,500 setup

  Setup covers the initial audit, schema build, content tuning, and discoverability stack we put in place before ongoing optimization begins. Setup fees are non-refundable from the moment they are paid.

  Monthly subscription:

  Your first monthly charge happens at signup alongside the setup fee. After that, all renewals are billed monthly on your signup date. So if you sign up on the 5th, you’ll be charged on the 5th of each

  following month.

  So at signup, you’ll be charged your setup fee plus your first month’s subscription as a single payment. Every renewal after that is just the monthly subscription amount.

  If a charge fails, we’ll email you and pause your service until it’s resolved. We don’t offer refunds for partial months or unused time within a billing cycle.

  Cancellation

  This is month-to-month. No long-term contract, no minimum term.

  To cancel, send written notice (email is fine) to [email protected]. Your service continues for 30 days after we receive your notice, and you’ll be billed for that final period. After that, the

  subscription ends and you won’t be charged again.

  What we need from you

  To do good work, we need timely access to whatever your plan requires (website credentials, Google Business Profile, brand assets, etc.) and reasonable response time when we ask questions or send work for

  approval.

  Ownership

  You own the content and assets we deliver to you. We keep ownership of our internal processes, templates, and methods. We may reference our work for you in case studies or marketing unless you ask us in

  writing not to.

  Confidentiality

  We keep your business information private. You agree to keep ours private too.

  Liability

  Our total liability under this agreement is capped at the amount you paid us in the three months before any claim. We’re not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

  Dispute resolution

  If we have a dispute we can’t resolve directly, we both agree to settle it through binding arbitration in the State of Missouri rather than in court. Arbitration will be conducted by a single arbitrator

  under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA). Each side covers its own legal fees, and we split the arbitrator’s fee evenly.

  We both waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

  Changes to this agreement

  If we update these terms, we’ll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. If you don’t like the changes, you can cancel under the normal cancellation terms above.

  Governing law

  This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States.

  Acceptance

  By checking the consent box at Stripe checkout, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these terms.
